Your CRM can now find people, not just store them. Prospecting, new under CRM, lets you describe who you want to reach, like owners of roofing companies in Texas or VPs of Sales at 50 to 200 person software companies, and searches People Data Labs for matches. Every result comes with name, title, company, location, a LinkedIn profile, and any work email or mobile phone on file. Tick the ones you like and they land in People, and in a list if you want, ready for a Sequence.
Key features include:
- Filters that stack: job title, seniority, department, company, website, industry, company size, country, state, city, and skills, plus toggles for people who have a work email or mobile phone on file. Type ahead suggestions show how many people match as you go.
- Prices you can see: one prospect credit reveals one person, and the Search button tells you the cost before you click. Pick 10, 25, or 50 people per search.
- Pay as you go: buy a pack of 100, 500, or 2,000 prospect credits whenever you need them. Credits never expire, and you are only charged for people actually revealed.
- Save to CRM in one click: contacts and their companies are created for you, tagged prospect, and anyone already in your CRM is linked instead of duplicated. Drop them into an existing list or create a new one from the same dialog.
- Never pay twice: people you already hold are excluded from new searches, and everyone you have revealed stays in the Prospects tab, free to browse and save later.
Prospecting is available on Startup plans and above. Open CRM, then Prospecting, pick a title and an industry, and your next outbound list is a search away.
