• Twilio Integration: If you connect a phone number for Clarky Voice or Clarky SMS, we collect and process voice input, record calls, and generate transcriptions.
• Analytics Data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage metrics such as page views, browser types, and user behavior.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Clarky service;
• Maintain and improve the Clarky app;
• Display chat and call transcripts in the Clarky dashboard;
• Communicate with you about Clarky updates and support;
• Ensure security and compliance with our Clarky Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data:

• With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, Twilio) who help us operate Clarky services;

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggreators and providers of the text messaging service.

4. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number and checking our consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Clarky at the phone number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may receive support messages, promotional updates, customer service updates, and appointment reminders at the number you provide.

You or your customers can opt-out of receiving further messages at any time by replying 'STOP' to any of our text messages. You can also contact us at privacy@clarky.ai to opt-out.

5. Data Collection and Usage

• We will collect your phone number and name when you opt-in to our SMS messaging service.
• This information is used to send you the text messages you have requested and for purposes as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
• We will not send you text messages without your express consent.
