They said yes on the phone. The contract still isn't signed.

You email a PDF, they print it, sign it and scan it back sideways, if they get to it at all. Or you pay for a separate e-signature subscription to send a few agreements a month, and the signed copy ends up in an inbox instead of on the customer's record.

Clarky is your e-signature tool.

Send any agreement for signature right from the customer's record in Clarky. They sign on a phone or computer by drawing or typing, with no account to create. The signed PDF and its audit trail are filed on the contact automatically.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Three moments it catches.

10:20 AM

“Go ahead with the brakes.”

The customer approved the repair by phone, and you want it in writing before you start.

Clarky emails the authorization, they sign on their phone, and the PDF lands on their record.

FRIDAY 4:50 PM

A new owner, ready to sign.

The owner lives two states away, and the management agreement still goes out by mail.

Upload the agreement to Clarky and send it, and they sign on their phone that night.

TUESDAY 11:00 AM

The engagement letter, still unsigned.

The client agreed on the call, then the letter sat in their inbox waiting for a printer.

They sign from the email link on any device, and Clarky sends reminders until they do.

QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

The honest answers.

Is it legally binding?

Clarky collects simple electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA: the signer consents, is identified by email, and every step is logged in an audit trail. Some documents, like wills, need more, so ask your attorney if you're unsure.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They get an email link, read the document, and sign on any device. Nothing to download or sign up for.

Can I use my own contract?

Yes. Turn it into a template with fill-in fields you can adjust before each send, or upload the PDF and send it as is.

What if they don't sign?

Clarky reminds them every few days on its own, and you can nudge them yourself or void the contract. Signing links expire after the window you set.

Clarky is also your
