Read about Clarky in the Business Journal

I know exactly who buys from us. I just don't have their names.

Property managers in your county. Office managers at the law firms downtown. Building that list by hand means nights of searching websites and guessing email addresses, and the guesses bounce.

Clarky is your lead list.

Describe who you want in a sentence, and Clarky turns it into a search by title, industry, company size and location. Each result shows the person, their company and any work email or phone on file. Save the ones you like to People and a list, ready for a sequence.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Three moments it catches.

TUESDAY 2:00 PM

Maintenance contracts don't sell themselves.

You want property managers in the cities you serve, and you don't have a single name.

Clarky turns “property managers in Columbus and Dayton” into a list you can save.

MONDAY 10:00 AM

The catering menu is ready. Who gets it?

Office managers order lunch for whole teams, and you only know the few who already order.

Clarky finds office managers in your city and saves them to a Catering list.

FRIDAY

A new agency with an empty pipeline.

You write policies for contractors, and your prospect list is a stack of business cards.

Clarky finds owners of roofing and plumbing companies in your state, ready for outreach.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything it does as your lead list.

Describe it in a sentence

Type who you want; Clarky fills in the filters, and you check them before you search.

Filters that stack

Job title, seniority, department, industry, company size, location and skills.

Bad emails flagged

Work emails are checked, and undeliverable ones are flagged so your sequences skip them.

No duplicates, no repeats

Anyone already in your CRM is linked, not copied, and repeat searches skip people you've revealed.

Saved in one click

The people you pick become contacts with their companies, tagged and added to a list.

Fill in the blanks

Missing a title or company on a contact? Enrich fills in what's empty and never overwrites.

QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

The honest answers.

Where do the names come from?

From People Data Labs, a large database of professional profiles. Each result shows a name, title, company, location, LinkedIn profile and any work email or phone on file.

Can it find homeowners or consumers?

No. It searches professional profiles, so it finds people by their job and company: property managers, office managers, business owners.

How does it charge?

Prospecting runs on credits you buy when you need them, and email checks use credits too. A search charges only for the people it returns, the Search button shows the cost first, and anyone you've revealed stays free to browse.

Can I email or text them right away?

You can add them to an email sequence right away, and undeliverable addresses are skipped. Texts and calls need the person's consent first, and Clarky won't send them without it.
