Read about Clarky in the Business Journal

Your website says “call to book.” At 10 PM, nobody calls.

The customer who's ready right now books with whoever has a “Book now” button instead. And if you do pay for a scheduling app, it's one more login, and the booking never makes it onto the customer's record.

Clarky is your bookie.

Clarky gives every appointment type its own booking page, showing only your real open times. Customers pick a day, then a time, and add their details. The visit lands on your calendar and their contact record, and the confirmation and reminders go out on their own.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Three moments it catches.

SUNDAY 10:40 PM

“Anything open Saturday?”

A new client finds your salon on Instagram late Sunday, and booking means calling Monday morning.

The link in your bio shows Saturday's open times, and she books 11 AM before she puts her phone down.

MONDAY 9:00 AM

Forty clients, forty email threads.

Tax season starts, and every appointment takes three emails just to land on a time.

Send one link. Clients pick an open time, and a daily limit keeps any one day from filling up.

SATURDAY 8:15 AM

An estimate, and a week of phone tag.

A homeowner wants someone to look at the deck, and you trade voicemails until Thursday.

She picks a time on your booking page, and it lands on your Google Calendar with her phone number and notes.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything it does as your bookie.

Only your real open times

Slots come from your working hours, time off and Google Calendar, with buffers so you're never back to back.

A day, then a time

A month view marks the open days, then the open times show in the customer's own time zone.

Booked in one short form

Name, email, an optional phone and a note. A confirmation email with a calendar invite goes out right away.

On their record, not another app

Each booking matches or creates their contact, alerts your team, and can drop new people into your pipeline.

Reminders by email and text

Email reminders go out a day and an hour before by default, and you can add text reminders too.

Share it anywhere

Text or email the link, paste one line of code to put it on your site, or host it on your own domain.

QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

The honest answers.

Do I need a website for this?

No. Each appointment type has its own link you can text, email or put in your Instagram bio. If you do have a site, one line of code puts the booking page right on it.

Can two people grab the same time?

No. A time only shows when it's inside your hours and open on your Google Calendar, and once someone books it, nobody else can.

Can I see which ads bring in bookings?

Yes. Add your Meta Pixel ID and the page reports each view and each completed booking, so your Facebook and Instagram ad reports show which ads fill your calendar.

I already pay for Calendly. Why switch?

Here the booking lands on the customer's record, next to their calls, texts and forms, and your website chat and phone line book from the same open times. Not ready yet? Keep Calendly or Cal.com connected and switch when you are.
