Sequences: AI-Powered Multi-Touch Outreach Campaigns

Sequences turn your CRM into a sales motion. Pick a list of contacts, write a goal, choose a tone, and Clarky drafts every message of every step for every contact — email, SMS, or voice — using their profile and your guidance. You walk the queue and approve, edit, or skip each draft before anything sends. Once launched, the cron handles timing, threading, throttling, suppressions, and per-contact timezone.

Key features include:

• Per-contact AI drafts — A 5-step sequence with 50 contacts produces 250 personalized messages. Drafts use each contact's profile, tags, and past activity, plus your goal and tone.
• Multi-channel steps — Each step is its own touch on email, SMS, or voice, scheduled some number of days after the start. Mix channels in one sequence.
• Review queue — Walk every draft one at a time and approve, edit, or skip per step. Nothing sends until you say so.
• Sender override per sequence — Set the From name and From email (local-part) so different campaigns can ship under different identities while staying on your verified sending domain.
• Timezone-aware sending — Email never gets gated by hours. SMS respects TCPA 8am-9pm and voice respects Mon-Fri 9am-6pm — all evaluated in the contact's local timezone, not yours.
• Lists & Suppressions — Build reusable contact lists to launch campaigns from. Unsubscribe clicks, SMS STOP keywords, and bounces flow into a workspace-level suppression list that the cron checks before every send.
• Stop on reply, threaded inbox — When a contact replies, the sequence halts for that enrollment and the reply threads back into the original conversation in your Inbox.
• Reusable templates — Save any sequence as a template (goal, tone, channels, step blueprints) so the next launch is one click. Plus built-in starter templates for founder-led outbound, post-demo follow-through, re-engagement, event handoff, executive cold outbound, and renewals.
• Send now, day shift, manual override — From the review or sequence detail page you can pull a step's schedule forward, edit the day inline, or trigger a single step right now without waiting for the next cron tick.
