Send From Multiple Domains, Email Signatures, and Open Tracking

Outbound email in Clarky just got a serious upgrade. You can now send from any verified domain connected to your account, spread sequence volume across several domains at once, sign every message with a proper HTML signature, and see exactly when a contact opens what you sent.

Key features include:

• Multi-domain rotation for Sequences: pick several verified sending domains when you launch a sequence and Clarky spreads enrollments across them. Each contact is pinned to one domain for the life of the sequence, so follow-ups always arrive from the same address and threading stays intact.
• Verified domain picker: the sender field is now a local part plus a dropdown of every domain your account has verified, not just your agent's default domain.
• Per-sequence sender overrides: set a custom from name, from email, reply-to address, and BCC list for each sequence without touching your agent's global settings.
• HTML email signatures: build a rich signature with a live preview in your email settings. It is appended to agent replies and CRM sends automatically.
• Email open tracking (opt in): turn on open tracking and Clarky logs an opened activity on the contact's timeline the moment they view your email.
• Complete send and reply logging: every email your agent or team sends, and every reply that comes back, now shows up in the contact's activity feed.
