The People and Companies views got a universal search and filter bar, selections that survive pagination, one-click exports, and a set of small touches that make working a big contact list dramatically faster, on desktop and on your phone.
Key features include:
- Universal search and filters: one bar searches names, emails, phones, and companies, with stackable filter chips for tags, stage, source, and more. Columns are sortable, and results update as you type.
- Saved searches: save any combination of search and filters under a name and pull it back in one click. Keep it personal or share it with your whole workspace.
- Cross-page selection and bulk actions: select contacts across multiple pages of results, then add them all to a list or act on them in bulk.
- CSV export: export your current selection, or the entire filtered result set, to a spreadsheet-ready CSV.
- Business card scanner: snap a photo of a paper business card and AI reads it into a prefilled contact, ready to save. Perfect for conferences and networking events.
- Click-to-call: tap any phone number to dial it, and Clarky logs the call on the contact's activity timeline automatically.
- Phone line type detection: Clarky identifies whether a number is mobile, landline, or VoIP, so you know who can receive texts before you send one.
- Autosave everywhere: contact and company pages now save as you type. No more save buttons, no more lost edits.
- Tag autocomplete: tags suggest from your workspace vocabulary as you type, keeping your taxonomy clean.
- Company inheritance: new contacts automatically inherit tags and address details from their company.
- Better on mobile: the People list and contact records got a mobile-first layout, so the CRM is genuinely usable from your pocket.
