Read the docsSequences launched as an AI-drafted, human-approved outreach tool. This update adds the other half: fully authored sequences where you write every word yourself, plus tighter control over when messages go out and a smoother path through SMS consent.
Key features include:
- Fully authored sequences: write each step once with merge fields like
{{first_name|there}}and every contact gets the same message, personalized by field substitution. No AI generation, no per-contact review queue, and launches are instant. - Per-step send windows: give each step a local-time window (say, 9 AM to 11 AM), respect each contact's timezone, keep sends inside business hours, and roll weekend sends to Monday.
- Quiet hours, always enforced: texts only go out 8 AM to 9 PM and calls only on weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM in the contact's local time. These compliance guardrails cannot be switched off.
- Email threading: follow-up steps can reply into the same thread as the first email, so your outreach reads like a conversation instead of a blast.
- Pre-launch preview: before anything generates or sends, see how many contacts are eligible, already enrolled, or suppressed, plus an estimated drafting cost.
- SMS consent capture: when a text step is blocked because a contact never opted in, record their consent right from the step and retry it on the spot.
- Send now: pull any scheduled step forward and send it immediately.
- Warmup pacing: cap sends per minute and per day from workspace settings so a new domain builds reputation gradually.
