Turn on Meeting Briefs for an event type and Clarky becomes your chief of staff: before each booking it studies the guest's entire history with you, from emails and calls to past meeting recordings, checks their company's website, and hands you a sharp, skimmable brief minutes before the call starts.
Key features include:
- Real research, not a template: the goal of the meeting, the stakes, who matters, what changed since you last talked, things to watch for, and specific questions worth asking, all grounded in your actual CRM history
- Pulls from everywhere: contact and company records, email and chat history, notes, past meeting recordings, booking answers, and the guest's public website
- Delivered before the call: choose 15 minutes to a day ahead per event type, and the brief arrives as a push notification and a beautifully formatted email, addressed to the meeting's host
- Attached to the meeting forever: read the brief on the booking in your calendar, and after the call it becomes a Brief tab next to the notes and transcript on the meeting recording
