Clarky Booking just got a major upgrade. Your customers can now book appointments directly inside the chat widget — no redirects, no external pages. Just ask your AI agent to schedule a meeting and an interactive calendar appears inline with available dates and time slots.
What's new in v2:
- In-chat booking calendar — When a customer asks to book, an interactive date picker and time slot selector renders directly in the chat. Select a date, pick a time, enter your details, and you're booked — all without leaving the conversation.
- Auto-generated Google Meet links — When your event type uses Google Meet, a unique meeting link is automatically created via the Google Calendar API and included in the confirmation email.
- Multi-host scheduling — Assign multiple hosts to an event type with Collective (all must be free) or Round Robin (any one free) modes. Each host connects their own Google Calendar for independent conflict detection.
- Full lifecycle sync — Confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling bookings now sync with Google Calendar and send email notifications to invitees automatically.
- Workspace-level event types — Event types now live at the workspace level and can be shared across multiple bots. Toggle which bots offer which event types from the Advanced settings.
- Booking provider choice — Choose between Clarky's native booking, Calendly, or Cal.com from the Settings tab. Each provider integrates with your AI across chat, voice, text, and email.
- Cancel & reschedule links — Confirmation emails now include links for invitees to reschedule or cancel their appointment directly.
Try it out — create an event type in the Booking tab and ask your chat widget to book an appointment. Booking is available on all plans.
